Taskarize Teams Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We store organization account information, administrator email addresses, Microsoft tenant identifiers, room identifiers, display configuration and service settings. Billing is processed by Stripe; Taskarize Teams stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing status, not full card numbers.

Microsoft 365 data

When an organization administrator grants consent, Taskarize Teams accesses organization room/place information and room-calendar data needed to render availability. Microsoft passwords are never provided to or stored by Taskarize Teams. Organizations can configure wall displays to show availability only instead of meeting subjects.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate administrators, synchronize rooms, render room availability, operate subscriptions, provide support, enforce account limits and protect the service.

Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate Taskarize Teams, including Microsoft, Stripe and hosting/infrastructure providers, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain account and configuration data while an organization uses Taskarize Teams and as reasonably required for security, billing and legal obligations. Sensitive integration secrets are encrypted by the application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Organization administrators can control meeting-detail visibility, revoke display links, change tablet settings passwords, remove invited administrators, disconnect third-party authorization through Microsoft, manage billing through Stripe and request account deletion through support.

Browser tablets

Fullscreen, wake-lock and kiosk features depend on the browser and device operating system. Taskarize Teams does not silently override device security, lock-screen or sleep policies.
