Taskarize Teams Terms of Service

Service

Taskarize Teams provides organization-authorized Microsoft 365 room-calendar displays, browser-tablet display tools, and related administration features. Organizations are responsible for obtaining authorization to connect their Microsoft 365 tenant and for the devices on which Taskarize Teams is displayed.

Accounts and administrators

The person creating an organization account represents that they are authorized to administer the organization. Invited administrators must use the same organization email domain. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and tablet settings passwords.

Trials, subscriptions and renewals

New subscriptions may begin with a 3-day free trial. Organizations may configure Microsoft 365, rooms and previews before starting a trial. A payment method is collected when the organization chooses to start the 3-day trial and generate production display links. Unless canceled, Taskarize Teams automatically charges the selected monthly or annual subscription when the trial ends and renews it at the selected interval. The base plan includes two active display links. Additional links are billed at the recurring add-on price shown before purchase and follow the organization’s billing interval.

Annual add-ons

When an annual customer adds an extra display during a billing year, Stripe may charge a prorated amount for the remaining annual period. Removing an extra display reduces the applicable quantity for the next renewal and does not automatically create a partial refund for time already paid.

Failed payments

If an automatic payment fails, Taskarize Teams may provide a 48-hour grace period. If payment remains unresolved after the grace period, organization access and wall displays may be paused until billing is restored.

Acceptable use

You may not use Taskarize Teams to access calendars or Microsoft tenants without authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law.

Third-party services

Taskarize Teams depends on services including Microsoft, Stripe, internet connectivity, browsers, device operating systems and hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services.

Cancellation and termination

Organizations may manage payment methods and cancellation through the provided Stripe billing controls. We may suspend access for nonpayment, security threats, abuse or unlawful use.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskarize Teams is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to amounts paid for Taskarize Teams during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
